Ingredients:

Beef Crumbles          56#

Dry Onions                 3 quarts

Granulated Garlic      ½ cup

Tomato Paste              2 cans

Ketchup                       1 gallon, 2 quarts

Water                          2 gallons

Cider Vinegar              2 quarts, 1 cup

Dry Mustard                1 cup

Black Pepper               3 scant Tbl

Brown Sugar               1 lb, 6 oz.



Glueten Free

Directions:

Simmer beef crumbles and dry onions, approximately ½ hour.  Add remaining ingredients.  Simmer additional 1 - 2 hours.  

Yield:

400, 4 oz. Servings.
